Hello,
I don't see users getting populated in the security policies. I Have windows 2012 R2 server running as my Active Directory servers. USER-ID MAPPING is correctly configured and Server monitor shows me that its connected. I have also given the correct permission to the service account to user user connecting to palo alto device. I DON'T HAVE LDAP PROFILE CONFIGURED AS I DON'T WANT TO POPULATE THE GROUPS WITHOUT CONFIGURING THE LDAP PROFILE SHOULD WORK ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENTATION.
