Has anyone had success launching the VM-Series Next-Generation Firewall Bundle 2 in AWS? I've tried through multiple routes (from the Marketplace, from CloudFormation, using AMI directly), to no avail. I've followed the directions exactly from the site. Each time I try, the instance fails during start up. Unfortunately, it's not possible to get help from the support line for this one since a serial number is required, and the only way to get the serial number is to configure the product once the instance has booted on AWS.
The system log of the instance says:

Enter 'maint' for boot menu.
Booting PANOS (sysroot0) after 5 seconds...
