Hi
I'm a network engineer being tasked to take over our PA firewalls since the guy who normally handled them is leaving.
Where do I even begin to learn about this stuff? I've never had to work with these before.
Thanks

Hi @hilltopia ,
You can start browsing the learning content provided by Palo Alto i.e. Beacon ( https://beacon.paloaltonetworks.com/student/catalog ). You will get here free access to the content. Once you start learning things, you can verify those topic / configurations on your firewalls that you will be managing. This is give more clarity on the topic and you will get to know how things are managed on your firewall.
Hope it helps!
