Why does Paloalo Screw you over during hardware replacement with having to deal with a license?

L1 Bithead

It is really frustrating when they don't do their job and strand you in the middle of replacing your equipment. Then they don't even answer support calls, you list to their dreadful music.

I have a 820 that will not power on, and I literally cannot get anyone to respond.  This is crazy !  why am I paying all this maintenance.

I am rethinking my entire dedication to this product

Their call wait times are ridiculous now. All I can say is make your case critical and force them to leave it there until the process is over. Be the squeaky wheel to your sales group as well.

Oh, and ding them on the follow up survey.

Yes, the first thing they said, was "can I make your case non-critical ?"  And I am like No, of course not.

Anyhow, is there a defined replacement time outlined in the maint. agreement ?  I want to try to get money back.
