Hi,
I am using GlobalProtect GlobalProtect App version 6.2.8-263.
It is the latest version i could download from network. When i am using connectioni got bluescreen crash whch i can reasume to:
This is MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, which means that a kernel-mode component threw an exception that was not handled.
This is Access Violation - someone tried to read/write to an invalid memory address.
This is a process from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN client.
This is a Windows kernel module for network I/O. It is used by the network stack and often by filter drivers (firewall, VPN, antivirus).
The combination of PanGPS.exe and the crash in NETIO.SYS strongly suggests that a VPN filter driver (gpfltdrv.sys) is interacting with the Windows network stack and causing the access violation. This often happens when:
I was checked all i could. I use other VPN clients without any problems. I can work with that client sometimes 1-2 hours before bluescreen appears. Than it happens more often.
I have talked to IT-support which i got VPNclient from, but they can not help me.
So i try to contact support here.

Hi @PiotrH ,
Can you fully uninstall GlobalProtect. Once fully uninstalled, reboot. Navigate back to your portal address within your web-browser and install the GP client hosted there. Reboot once installed and then try to load up GlobalProtect.
It seems you might be running into client/driver related issues.
