I'm using #Global Protect App for Windows
I was given a user account in the domain of a customer to connect to their VPN using GlobalProtect.
I configured the portal corresponding to the user organization of the customer in Global Protect settings.
When I connect GlobalProtect it automatically takes my company account instead the one that I need.
I've tried to open the settings and sign out the Account. GlobalProtect warns me that saved credentials will be cleared.
However when I try connect again, I'm not asked for the account I want to use, it automatically takes my corporate account and ask me for the 2-factor authentication code.
How can I make GlobalProtect ask me for the account I want to use? or how can I change it?
Thanks.

isn't there an option 'use different account' at the first login screen?
alternatively you could try logging on untill you reach a failure and you should get that option there

Hi,
Same issue here. We use GlobalProtect client with different customers and in version 6.0.7-372, when we connect to a customer that has enabled SSO/MFA and disconnect, later we cannot change to another connection profile becuase the SSO/MFA connection appears in gray, as expecting to use that connection again.
Rebooting the PC doesn't not resolve the issue, we have to reinstall the VPN client.
Any suggestion? We cannot change anything on app configuration.
Thanks.
Victor
