Hi Team,
We are unable to download PDF format report of Global VPN Users.
we tried to download via csv/pdf format , but not downloading.(network>GP gateway>remote user > pervious user > pdf/csv)

Have you tried restarting your management server since the issue started? What version of PAN-OS are you running?

Hi,Pan-os version is 9.0.3h3.

Hi we have tried the mgmt server restart , but the issue still same.
