Kim Wens (@kiwi) has been a member of LIVEcommunity since 2011. He is an involved, responsive, and thoughtful member, and we’re grateful to have him as a part of LIVEcommunity. To date, he has made 2172 posts, given 1387 kudos and created 288 accepted solutions!
Kim Wens is a Sr. Solutions Engineer at Palo Alto Networks, starting as a tech engineer in 2011 and later joining the LIVEcommunity team. He supports users by answering questions and problem-solving and creating documentation and other content types. He has been a member of the LIVEcommunity team for the past seven years and has seen the community evolve from an unknown entity to a widely used and popular platform, both internally and externally.
In his interview, Kim talks about the fast response times to questions and problems that are posted - noting that most are answered within 24 hours. This makes the LIVEcommunity a first stop for many Palo Alto Networks customers and partners, as it makes it faster and easier to find an answer to their questions.
Kim has seen the LIVEcommunity grow in terms of engagement and usage, both internally and externally. The community is used today by a diverse range of departments within Palo Alto Networks and industry segments. Various groups within Palo Alto Networks participate in LIVEcommunity, making it an important resource for tech support, product management, and other teams.
"It’s not just a platform to ask questions and get answers. It can be beneficial for everybody to follow the LIVEcommunity and to be more successful in whatever you are doing, cybersecurity related.” shared Kim in his interview.
