Setting Up Nodes - In what Order ?

Hi Minemeld Gurus

I wonder if you could take a minute to expalin this process please ?

Ive been asked to setup an external threat intel feed for (For the first time) using Minemeld, the threat Intel is from a 3rd party using an API. Im going to setup 3 nodes, Miner, Aggregator and output

1 - Miner = Will contain the URL and fields of the csv which we want to download daily, but how \ where do I add in the username and password to authenticate with the external API (Id=s it in the config part, is so how)

2 - When setting up a Node (MIner 1st)  it asks for ProtoType, if I look at the list in the dropdown how do I know which to pick ? Do I setup my own ProtoType first then add it in?

3 - Output - Again I add thsi to the aggregator ?? but how
