Hello @umerkhan

The communication between the Agents and the NGFW will be affected by the certificate expiration. It is recommended to upgrade the firewalls first, and then the agents. In your case, it is advised to upgrade the firewall to the preferred release 10.1.13-h1.

If we are not using any certificate for the communication between user id agent and NGFW in that case what will happen? DO we need to upgrade also?

My Terminal Server is windows server 2008 R2,not support  TS AGENT 9.1 and User-ID Agent 9.1

Are there any other temporary solutions without updating the operating system?

Thanks.
