Hi everyone, I wonder if you can help.
Our customer created a new user account (Superuser with MFA authentication enabled), same as other users with admin role but in these cases without MFA configured.
The issue we have is that - unlike other users with admin role - the new user does not have visibility of the Administrators Tab (the tab is there but cannot see any user) in Panorama and, thus, cannot edit or look at the definitions of existing users.
The Panorama view supposed to look as shown in Attachment, however (as explained) nothing is displayed within the Administrators tab for the new Superuser with the box ticked.
Panorama version is 10.2.8-h3.
Has anyone come across this? Tried to find a listing for this in PAN-OS 10.2.9 Known Issues doc but no luck.
Your suggestions are much appreciated.
Thanks & regards,
Rob
