Attention: JAPAC TPM team
Hello Team,
Could you please advise on how to check the license usage for mobile users in a Panorama Managed Prisma Access environment?
In the case of SCM-managed environments, my understanding is that we can check the usage of mobile user licenses and other subscriptions from the Subscription Usage page.
-Is there a similar page available for Panorama Managed?
-If not, what is the recommended method for checking this?
Additionally, based on my understanding, the number displayed under Users (Last 30 days) on the following screen corresponds to the number of mobile user licenses currently in use:
Panorama > Cloud Services > Status
Could you confirm if this is correct?
Thank you for your support and guidance.

Hello @y.saitou
In Panorama managed Prisma Access, I do not believe there is any other way to check license usage than what you already found out under:
Panorama > Cloud Services > Status.
Current Users displays the number of unique mobile users that are currently connected to the service.
Users (Last 30 days) displays the total number of users who have used the service in the last 30 days.
Kind Regards
Pavel
