Prisma Cloud >> Alerts >> Overview >> Vulnerabilities tab

L0 Member

Hi All,
When clicking on Alerts >> Overview >> Vulnerabilities tab
I get the following error, on any browser, even with a hard refresh:

Something Went Wrong

Please try again and if you continue to see this error, please contact the Prisma Cloud team with the following error code: 9fa5eab2133b44b289a8Ø7658854fØ65

It happens every time.

My colleague can access the tab.

I duplicated the tab and the duplicated tab works.

I have tried different browsers - Chrome, Edge.

Anyone else had this issue with tabs and how do you fix it?

Thanks

Hi EPienaar,

If you haven't done so already, could you please open a support case with TAC? That's your best route at this time.

You've already done some good troubleshooting so my only other suggestion would be to test with Incognito Mode if you haven't already. You didn't mention that. Also, whether or not you emptied the browser cache and all cookies for example.

E,  whenever you wanna test a non-microsoft web-app interface,  make sure to try Firefox.

Why?  Because, it's THE browser with the most HTML5 coverage.

Plus, if you haven't installed Firefox before on your workstation then it will be free of cookies, extensions, plugins.

Incognito mode on steroids

Given you work across many accounts or many clouds or many customers or many identities...,

When you install this extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/

Then you can concurrently work across multiple accounts, clouds, customers, app instances...

Try that and you will have an infinite number of named incognito tabs without concurrency issues.
