Sometimes Customers see an empty SaaS Visibility Dashboard.

It turns out that there's a simple, yet frequently missed setting in Prisma SaaS. 

Other troubleshooting steps

  • Ensure that logs are being forwarded to Cortex Data Lake from all data points
    • Next Generation Firewall
    • Prisma Access
    • etc.
  • It's possible there are communication issues between Cortex Data Lake and Prisma SaaS. Contact Support to investigate further.
