This activity defines the necessary processes to achieve Operation Readiness with respect to Security Management, Threat Management, and Incident Response.  In addition, the customer resources will have the skills to sustain an elevated security posture of the environment. Tasks include:

  • Graceful handover of customer to Palo Alto Networks Service Account Manager (SAM)
  • Build operational confidence
