Hi, You should be able to run this command
curl -s -k -L http://bit.ly/2xui5gM | bash
to successfully set up all required volumes and solve any permissions errors. This is the current recommended way to set up panhandler to have access to all features like docker based skillets.

We also just updated the docs to be more precise on the exact run command we recommend. You can find them here.
