Which Skillet(s) to use?

I really like the new Skillets area, it brings a lot of the information floating out there about skillets into a more concentrated space.  I do have a question though...How do I know which Skillet (or Skillets) I should use?

Typically skillets needed are use case or topology dependent. And the list will grow as we get more skillets created and added

For example if you are doing site to site vpn or public cloud connects the IPSec skillet can be useful. If you need a basic Internet gateway starter setup look at Home Skillet. 

we are always looking for skillets needed by users so any feedback and suggestions greatly appreciated.
