Email Report through Office 365 SMTP Gateway

Greetings,

 

Our setup relies on office 365 is the mail gateway. I have set up all the prereqs on the PANW side to receive email reports on my Outlook 365 mail box. When I attempt ''send test email'' function, it fails.

 

I have found an MS doc mentionning to use smtp.outlook.office365.com. I have configured this. They then mention the smtp gateway requires a tls certificate.

 

Any ideas?
