some logs showing the message “Suspicious DNS Query”, it will easy for us to analyse. But the logs showing code “577407756(577407756)”, we are not able to understand what it mean for.

Can check what is this domain “archive-onlines.ga”?
The source address is a network device, it should not be accessing anything. But in palo alto detected the DNS traffic from 10.x.x.x to 10.x.x.x which the DNS server.
We don’t see any setting in the network device that set to access the URL.
Is that a false-positive in palo alto?

The Palo Alto Networks firewall detected it, so the DNS query was there, at least.
If the network device you mentioned was not supposed to access the site, the DNS query should have been blocked by the firewall.
For your info:
Some other security vendors classified it as Phishing.

The domain is NXDOMAIN at this time.
I don't think it was a false positive.
