Hi all, 


In my Pa-220 box we have not purchased license of advance threat prevention but its still showing me in the license tab and and its also showing as expired license of (ATP) , the firewall is in ha but on passive one everything is correct, issue is only with active one due to this my  app version threat and antivirus is showing mismatch in high availability, and when i am tryng to download antivirus to match with another one getting error:


Failed to update content with following message:No antivirus update is applied, No valid threat prevention license exiting with 255.


In support portal also i have  checked there no license for ATP.

I would try to delete expired license first:


After the expired license is deleted, the active Firewall will be able to download only application updates (the same as passive Firewall). This should resolve the issue.
