Non-Panhandler Skillets?

It seems utilization of the Skillets is dependent on the 'PanHandler' tool.  Are there any Skillets which can be used without PanHandler?  Or are there alternate ways to deploy the configs besides using PanHandler?

L4 Transporter

PanHandler is currently the only tool allowing users to import and play any skillet

However other skillet players are out there but more limited in coverage:

Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal allows users to create a day one config, aka IronSkillet

Expedition supports IronSkillet too

Secure Dynamics supports a small set of skillets including IronSkillet, GlobalProtect, and K-12.

We’ve introduced skilletLib, a python package for easy skillet integration. This will allow more players to leverage skillets and extend our list of players

We are actively working to expand the number of 'record players' for skillets. Right now, most of that work is found in skilletlib:

This can be used to embed the skillet functionality into a host of other tools. In the works are an Ansible module and a Demisto (SOAR) integration. We'll be sure to post more as those tools mature. Feel free to ping me if you'd like to participate in the development and / or testing of those tools.
