Hello Community, i have an issue with download the latest version of GlobalProtect Clientless VPN package update. I have installed from scratch PANOS 8.0.0 and I have a valid Global Protect License but i'm not able to download the package from updates.paloaltonetowks.com. I'm able to download successfully all other Dynamic updates and Software. I always see Last checked: never. If i try to install it via CLI i have this error: user@PA-3020> request global-protect-clientless-vpn upgrade download latest Server error : No update information available I have already tried to change the update server from updates.paloaltonetoworks.com to staticupdates.paloaltonetwork.com and tried to disable "Verify Update Server Identity" but the error remains. Do you have any idea to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance. Jacopo

Hello Community, I have Panorama that managed cluster of PA-5000 with some Virtual System, I use one Device Group for one VSYS. Now I need to configure the Shared Gateway. It seems that i can manage the NAT Policy related to the Shared Group only into WebUI of device and not from Panorama. Could you confirm me I cannot managed it via Panorama? Thanks in advance. Hi All, if I disable the "Tor_blocking" Rule, the application is identify correctly by other rules specified on the rule base and the traffic is accepted and goes to untrust zone. Thanks. Jacopo

Hello Community, we have an issue when we try to block TOR application. We do a rule like the image reported below and put it on top of the rulebase: But it seems that all Internet traffic is dropped by the rule named "Tor_Blocking". We see the Application is "Not-Applicable" on all log files. It seems PaloAlto cannot resolve properly the Applications involved. At the moment we are not using SSL Decryption and we have PANOS 7.0.6 and Application Version 584-3342 on a cluster of PA-5060 appliances. Do you have any idea to resolve this issue?
