I am having a similar issue. I was unable to authenticate on our existing Expedition VM so i spun up a new one with the new process (Install Ubuntu the Expedition installer via wget) and same issue. No credentials work via GUI. I can access the console just fine. Ran apt-get update/upgrade no change. ... View more

So apparently it is a Bug in 9.0.2.    This is a known issue currently being investigated by Engineering via bug IDs CYR-7662, PAN-118414 OTP verification failure with error CP_DECRYPT_FINAL_FAIL is caused by a regression in Panos version 9.0.2 and later. If you are seeing this OTP error, it is likely that you are on panorama version 9.0.2 and the only work-around we have right now is to downgrade the Panos version to 9.0.1 ... View more

So I was tieing my Panorama to my Cloud Services and when I go to verify my account in Panorama after installing the Logging licence i get the following error when entering my OTP from the Support portal into Panorama.    Failed to verify account. So here is the latest scoop. My RE onsite was able to have one of the scripting ninjas somewhere in the deep dark reaches of Palo Corporate and was able to generate csv files containing different information groupings like address, services, interfaces... etc etc etc. I was able to import these into Expedition just fine. That is as far as i have gotten so far. Hopefully that update to Expedition to add this functionality isn't far off! ... View more

I just experienced this issue and realized i had mistakenly upgraded to Ubuntu 18.x. I blew the VM away and started over and it works like a charm! Avoid the distro upgrade.  ... View more
