One other issue is that the devices have Virtual firewalls enabled... Appears that Superreader looses the option for "All" in the virtual system on the monitor screen...

We have a group that would like to review threats, including botnets... We have created accounts providing them superreader access but the botnet selection is not on the monitor screen... I also tried creating an Admin Role giving them ReadOnly access to everything when possible, Enable access to report items including Botnet but disabling Commit and still no Botnet on the display... Any help would be much a appreciated!!

That would be great if we were running 4.1... We're still on 4.0.12 at this point... With 17 firewalls and Panorama, upgrading is somewhat painful..

Well, my problem is that we are using authenticated access... Certain users groups have rights to access more URL groups than others... How would I create a URL filter to allow un-authenticated access to www.microsoft.com while continuing to require authenticated access for the other type of URL groups? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!
