About the only thing you can do is launch Netconnect From a windows command prompt: C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\Pan Connect>PanConnect For any additional commands or functonality, Please reach out to your Palo Alto SE to file a feature request

Hi no, you only need to install the package as administrator, consecutive logins do not require admin: when installing the package the first time there are actually 2 packages installed, the vpn client package and the installer service, once the service is installed as admin, the sslvpn client can operate and upgrade without admin rights regards Tom

Looks like Support had you do the uninstall again, making sure to remove the folder C:\program files\paloaltonetworks. After a reoot of the PC the service was gone and you were able to install the IE64-bit client.
