Hi When PA unit offline . I met more strange thing 1. upgrade OS form 3.1.10 to 4.0.1 (this unit no TP, no URL licesne), never retrive Licesne from internet .... failed local upgrade ,what ever through GUI and CLI . but if retrive licesne through internet , upgrade locally is OK ( same local OS IMage file ) 2. (after add eval licesne to TP and URL ) if I upload the APP or AP TP DB localy , then upload the AV-DB locally, AV status always show "unknow" but dashboard could show the DB version 3. I never upload url-DB locally successfull (through CLI ), Device->licesne show URL DB error update Do you have some experience about this? Thanks Jeff Jin

I want to download the Report stat Dump in GUI . But seems always waitting long....... time - ( pending the download UI , no successfull ) . I guess maybe log file is full need more time to Generate ..( I am using V4.0.5 ) . Is it normal behavior.?. pls advise other way the the dump file . Thanks

One requirment is : infos need come from CLI ( not GUI) , PLs advise : 1. We can view all admin-accout infos (name,role etc.) in GUI Device->Administrators , what's CLI cmd could show these list ? 2. Web console or CLI console login timeout value --how to show and set ? 3. SNMP setting show ? Thanks Jeff

Hi when I create new combination Vulnerablity Signatures ( for examples create new threat ID 48888 inlcude threat ID 40000 or 40001 ) 1) I am not sure if ID=40000 attack happend , if threat log both have two log are ID=48888 & ID=40000 log , or which one of them ? 2) if I put the ID=48888 in Vulnerablity Exception list , when ID=4000 attack happend , if threat log still have ID=4000 log or not ?
