Hi, Where is the information about the TSM/ESM Server stored on a client? I have one client that was not possible to connect to the server. When reinstalling everything seems fine. So my idea was that the wrong servername/IP-Address was set when installing. Is it possible to change this directly on the Client? Regards,

Hello, We are going to migrate from Traps ESM to Traps Management Service. After this, we want our helpdesk to administrate Traps, but we do not want to create a palo alto account for every user. Now I found some information about the Palo Alto Directory Sync Service, but unfortunately a login to TMS is not mentioned in the documentation. Is this not supported? Or was it just never mentioned?

Hi, thanks for your answer. But I have one more question: Does this mean that the development of the ESM is stopped, and we will have to migrate to Traps Management Service? Or will there be future updates for ESM and Traps 4.x so that we can keep our existing environment?
