I used to be able to just hit GET HELP and fill out the form. now it goes into some FRUSTRATING loop of AI help... and then dumps me into the Live Community.
Why can't there just be a Create A trouble Ticket button, that is why we are coming to this site to begin with...
MOST all other vendors make it easy to get support, but PA is getting harder and harder to get help from.
I can't even get my Salesman or Sales Engineer to respond to my phone calls or Emails... So here I sit spending a lot of money for FW's and can't get any help.

I have a possible need to push some of my public IP's down through my Global Protect clients. Meaning an associate at home will hit my public IP via GlobalProtect and not from the Internet side. Can this be done... Or is it a bad idea in Palo Alto Land?
