Let me try to chime in here, as this keeps coming up for many reasons..
We cannot just change the email address as that is what your account it based on. But we can help transfer once a new account is created.
In order to change the Email address you use to log into Live, you have to create a new account and then after the Live Community members can help transfer everything over to the new account.
Steps:
Please register for a new public account for Live Community by following the steps below:
Clear your current login state by going to https://login.paloaltonetworks.com/logout
Register for a Live Community account here.
Once you have established your new account, we can transfer your former account history over to your new account, if you like. Just send us a message at livehelp@paloaltonetworks.com , with your old and new username and we’ll take care of the rest.
