Hello community I have a PA-220 firewall with version 8.1.16, the error that is occurring is as follows I have several users in a policy which has url filtering, some users are not shown in the logs of url filtering. When I filter users that are in the url filtering policy, some of them show up in the logs and others do not show anything even though they are testing at that moment. Is there any workaround to solve this error or is there any issue in this version? Before I didn't have this problem the logs were shown and nothing was changed in the policy configuration. Good afternoon I have a Fw HA and these firewalls share the same IP. What I configure is that Nat changes the port to access the management. The problem I present is that when I try to enter firewall B by gui and I want to make comparisons with fw A, the GUI session of firewall A automatically closes. I know that the problem is for having the same ip of management is the two firewall. But it is the only available IP that we have. Do you have any recommendations regarding this problem? Greetings

Hi team We are having problems with user groups in the policies. When we see the logs in the users section it is blank after a while the users can be seen. Take the tsf out of the high pole and checking the authentication logs, no connection problems were observed. In the user-id logs I could see the following: Error: pan_user_id_win_sess_query (pan_user_id_win.c: 1513): session query for (IP) failed: NTSTATUS: NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT - NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT Error: pan_user_id_win_get_error_status (pan_user_id_win.c: 1055): WMIC message from server (IP): NTSTATUS: NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT - NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT I investigated errors of this type but the only ones I found were missing user permissions. Do you have any advice regarding this error that it shows me Regards

Hello. Since last week in my monitoring there is an alert of 0% available in swap memory in my 5220 firewall. When I check it by cli the firewall with the command show system resources it shows me the following: KiB Swap: 0 total, 0 free, 0 used. 27097872 avail Mem Swap 0 0 UNKNOWN I would like to know if this is normal behavior, I have already reviewed two KB of the topic but it is not very clear to me if it is normal to have a total, free and used in 0. In the note it only indicates 0 in used but does not say anything about the others. Hello good afternoon I have a problem with my panorama and a Palo Alto HA, in the panorama the complete traffic is not visualized and in the ACC no data display. I am referring to the software tab I am in version 9.0.0 it is supposed that when I press the check now button the new versions of 9.0.x have to appear. Before making the upgrade to version 9.0.0 the panorama had the version 8.1.9, I had to download the 9.0.0 from the page and manually upload it because when I pressed the check now button nothing appeared only the version in which I was at that moment
