Hi Community,   for a problem with IPSEC Tunnels I recently reviewed some ikemgr logs. Those included some Error Codes(for example error Code 19).   I was just wondering if there exists a list with error codes and the explanation for those codes? I searched a bit and found lists with those codes but I think in this Case PAN has its own codes.   (I am assuming this because Error Code 19 seems to point out "Invalid certificate encoding" but in my case there were no certificates involed in the process)   Best regards, Marc   ... Hi,   I am currently trying to install Expedition with the PAN Install guide and using Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS. So I installed Ubuntu, made sure it has internet connection and then followed the installation guide until the installation of Expedition itself. (./initSetup.sh). During the Installation I got asked to provide a password for the MariaDB root User. If I try to set a password there, it gets shown in plaintext and I can't confirm, so I guess that part is broken. I skipped that with CTRL-C and the installation continued.   After the process it shows that there is a problem with mysql-server-5.7   --------------------------- dpkg : error processing package mysql-server ( --configure): dependency problems - leaving unconfigured No apport report written because the error message indicates its a followup error from a previous failure . Errors were encountered while processing : mysql-server-5 .7 mysql-server E : Sub-process / usr / bin / dpkg returned an error code ( 1 ) ---------------------------   I tried to remove and reinstall MySQL several times but with no luck.   systemctl status mysql.service shows <hostname> system[1]: stopped MySQL community Server. Start or restart won't work.   I tried to follow up a few live community thread regarding this problem and tried to delete sudo rm /var/lib/mysql/tc.log   but I got the message that /var/lib/mysql/tc.log can't be removed as the file/ directory does not exist.   Maybe someone had the same problem and can help me out?   Best regards, Marc     ... Hi,   I have the problem, that the Terminal Services Agent sometimes allocates ports to users that are out of their port range. That leads to the usage of wrong security polices.   For example for one user I configured  22800-22999 as the port range. That user is not allowed to download certain files. Now sometimes the user gets port 58729 allocated and so the session is not matched to that user, a wrong policy gets to work and the download is possible although it should be denied.   The TSA debug log is almost just filled with this error message:   [Error 966]: GetDriverLog3: Device control get drvier log3 fails: 57!!!! [Error 966]: GetDriverLog3: Device control get drvier log3 fails: 57!!!! [Error 966]: GetDriverLog3: Device control get drvier log3 fails: 57!!!! [Error 966]: GetDriverLog3: Device control get drvier log3 fails: 57!!!!   There is no other application in use that could disturb the TSA.   Maybe someone encountered this error message and can provide some help? Hi,   currently, I have a problem with the Global Protect Client Update. After using the GP Client version 5.1.1 I updated to GP 5.1.5 but after the update the connection refuses to re-establish the connection.   The KBArticle (https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClkSCAS) says the expected behavior is a reestablishment of the connection.   So until now I can't roll out the update.   Maybe someone had the same problem or any idea about this problem?   Best regards, Marc     ... Hi,   I have the problem that, running GP 5.1.1 I get the message that there is a newer GP Version (5.1.5) available. But when I try to update, the update is not working.   The Debug Log shows:   (T8312)Info  ( 604): 07/08/20 07:41:15:329 #### updater started, command is C:\Users\[...]\_temp3356.msi (T8312)Debug (  39): 07/08/20 07:41:15:329 try verify file C:\Users\[...]\_temp3356.msi (T8312)Error ( 165): 07/08/20 07:41:15:334 The file C:\Users\[...]\_temp3356.msi is not signed or corrupted (T8312)Error ( 634): 07/08/20 07:41:15:334 file did not signed by us, return now   Until now, I could not figure out what goes wrong.   Maybe someone had the problem earlier and can help out?   Best regards, Marc     ...
