Hello All, We recently contracted with a second ISP for redundancy. I have been looking for instructions on how to set this up, but have not had much luck. I did find the following articles, but none of them actually show how to completely set it up: How to Configure ISP Redundancy and Load Balancing This one comes close, but some important steps are missing How to Setup a Palo Alto Networks Firewall with Dual ISPs and Automatic VPN Failover Again, comes close, but I don't need the VPN info Can anyone provide better instructions for how to add a second ISP for redundancy?

We recently switched from a Cisco ASA 5520 to the PA3020. On the ASA, I could see a real time log of incoming and outgoing connections, blocked or allowed. This was a very handy tool to verify connectivity. I have been unable to locate a similar log in the Palo Alto. The traffic log is not through at all. It doesn't show all traffic. Is there a way to see everything that is outgoing and incoming other than the traffic log? Jason

Hello All, We recently installed two 3020s in active-passive and connected them to our LDAP. We see some users are mapping, but not all. Is there a way for unknown users to authenticate to the Palo Alto so they are given the correct policy? This was a very simple procedure in our previous Lightspeed filter. We are seeing the blocked page if the safety is enforced. We had to uncheck it to stop the blocked page from showing up.

I will be submitting a feature request for this to change. We switched from Lightspeed Systems internet filter. They would actually set the search to strict in Google. This is not useful at all in a school setting where different students log on to different computers each day.

We enabled Safe Search Enforcement in our URL filter: but found that all Google / Bing / YouTube searches are all blocked. Users are told to enable Safe Search or strict filtering. Is this the expected behavior?
