I have a customer case where they have enabled QoS for layer 2 interface. There is a Qos rule in place for classifying multicast traffic as class 3.multicast traffic from zone LAN is hitting the right QoS policy and from the session details, I have verified the QoS class as class 3 which is what suppose to be. However, When I check QoS statistics for class 3 I don't see any Runtime bandwidth under class 3. Another interesting fact from session details is that I don't find any egress interface for this traffic. Is this expected? Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello, one of my customer is using global protect with IPsec. when he turn off the internet in his pc,GP disconnects from the machine as expected. but in gateway-remote users , the user is still showing as connected and able to observe the same through gateway connected users in cli. There are no logout events generated in systems logs as well. the tunnel is still active in tund.logs. after the inactivity log out of 2 hrs, the tunnel disconnects and the user is not shown under gateway current users/remote users. I was able to replicate this in my lab with 5.0.4 and 5.1.1. It works fine with SSL GP, where the logout events are created in system logs when user turns off the internet. is this expected behavior in GP with ipsec?

@kiwi there is no pbf failover set up as of now...tunnel monitoring is in place to monitor the liveness of peer.

We have several IPSec tunnels that connect to 4G devices to provide network access in the event of a primary circuit outage. These tunnels do not disconnect after the primary circuit comes back up. Is there a way on the PAN side to disconnect an IPSec tunnel if there has been no traffic on it in a given amount of time? we are using IKE V1 and static route

The API command "/api/?key={KEY}&type=config&action=get&xpath=/config/panorama&target={SERIAL}" generates an XML dump of the firewall's configuration. However, the XML contains "*****" instead of the destination zone name.
