Hi - This has nothing to do with Global Protect, The Windows machines are using Microsoft's built "Always On" vpn transiting through the Palo out to the internet to Microsoft vpn server. They are going from Trust To Untrust via an any any rule with no security profile, they can get to normal internet services but never connect to their vpn server, however if we bypass the Palo they connect fine.

Hi All, We have several Windows 10 clients (3rd Party but using our infrastructure) that need to transit through our PA-3260 to their home network via MS always on vpn. Unfortunately this does not work, we have a very open "any-any" rule in place for these but still they wont connect. Does anybody have any pointers on how to get this to work ?. Regards Scott

Hello All, After a bit of help ...I' have never created a block type rule on a Palo and now my boss wants me to create a .block rule for the above. We have about 300 policies in the our firewall so no idea how to create a block and apply it . Can anybody give me any pointers ? Regards

Hi - Trying to configure/setup source user however it is not working. I configured my 2 domain controllers under Device\User Identification and added a valid domain account ,they show as connected. All other settings are default , I am not sure what else I need to do. Can anyone help ? Regards

Hi All, I am trying to configure my PA-220's with Radius Authentication for management access am having some issues around the configuration. The PA-220's are running PAN-OS 10.01. I have created an Admin Role, Authentication Profile and a Radius Server Profile. I have created a Radius Client and Network Policy using the Vendor Specific 25461 attribute. Currently both setup to use CHAP. In the log I just get invalid username/password I can ping my Radius Server from a console session on the PA-220 Not sure what I am missing ? Regards Scott

Hello, First question and first foray into Palo world from Cisco ASA and I'm stuck. I am trying to update a couple of PA220's, we cannot use the management interface and therefore can only use an interface connected via DHCP to our ISP. I have got the interface getting a DHCP address (have set Ethernet 1/1 as Layer 3 interface), I created a zone (Untrusted_To_ISP) and assigned Ethernet1/1 to it. However when I go into Service Routes there is no option to select that interface under "Customize", What am I doing wrong ?
