Yes, I've been working with support for three days on this, seems to be okay so far today. It goes in and out of connectivity with our PA-500, and when it's out we get a high number of not-resolved sites. Support reinitialized the BrightCloud DB connection and that fixed it temporarily, then today they raised the maximum number of dynamic URL requests. Support also advised upgrading, since there is a similar known issue with the OS version we're on (6.0.1) which is resolved in 6.0.5. Planning on doing that next week. Glad to know we're not the only ones with this issue.
