Hi - I started having a similar issue with my Arris modem and Global Connect. Can you share if you were able to resolve it? My in my case, I go to my ISP and they say there are no issues, and my IT dept says issue is with my internet. VPN cuts out momentarily and I lose connection, then need to wait to reconnect, etc. I believe this is called "jitter." I'm not a tech person but only joined this forum because I'm desperate and no one seems to be able to help!
