Hi @jclarkevt, The panup-all-gp-89-207 can be downloaded from the PAN customer support portal section Updates - Dynamic Updates and search for Content Type - Clientless VPN. Same issue is happening in my case, on a PA-3250 10.0.4. I can see the same ELD errors, but I do not believe that this is related to the issue as I see them occurring in the past day prior to the incident as well.
