Hi, Palo Alto 2050 running version 4.1.11 We have had a custom response page that has not been changed since the beginning. Lately the response page no longer works. It doesn't even load. When a user accesses a blocked page it just keeps loading. When I put back the factory default page all is fine It might be after a configuration change or a system update. I traced back the issue to the following line in the body of our custom response page: <p><h2>Of stuur een mail: <a style="color: #DDDDDD" href="mailto: helpdesk.xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.nl ?SUBJECT=vrijgeven%20website%20<url/>&BODY=user%3A<user/>%0D%0Apagina%3A<url/>%0D%0Acategorie:<category/>%0D%0AMotivatie%3A"> helpdesk.xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.nl </a></h2></p> Without this line the response page works, but I am not sure why it suddenly stopped working. Is there a limit to the length of the customer response page now, or is there a limit to the length of the line, or is there some sort of syntax error in the line, that previous versions of the palo alto processed fine but current versions choke on. Since november we have not received any content updates from updates.paloaltonetworks.com. We changed the rules so every update server (including amazonws.com) was allowed. Now the updates start, I see a succesful connection to updates.paloaltonetworks.com, but the job remains in download state at 0%.
