Happy 2022 ! We've just setup VWires for our branches firewalls (A/A Layer 2), no ip address on any interfaces except : - Mgmt (routable and managed by Panorama) - HA1-3 (non-routable address) Most of the device management (SNMP, NTP and etc via Mgmt IP) works fine except for Radius authentication, we did some troubleshooting : - tested on the firewall with 'test authentication radius' cli and it worked successfully But when we try to logon to the firewall, it failed and doesnt reach the Radius and upon checking, the firewall is using the HA address as the source. Might be something i missed, but ive looked everywhere unless this is not supported for VWire design.

We've enabled on Pre-Logon for our GP Portal/gateway and modified the 'Pre-Logon Tunnel Rename Timeout (sec) (Windows Only)' settings below to 0, which indicates that the per-logon session will be terminated when users successfully logged in, but we are still seeing heaps of pre-logon session, is this normal ?

erm, you mentioned previously if we changed the Schedule to Realtime, the alerts will stopped. can you share did you configure on the firewall itself and not panorama wildfire schedule ? as we are still getting the alerts every minute ..

Apology for asking multiple question for the past one week.. We've define a policy to allow active-directory-base application which includes most of the AD standard ports, but the traffic is not hitting the policy, eventhough the destination ports are a match. Any reason why ? As a workaround for now, we added new custom service for the policy and it worked, but still puzzled why it's not hitting the policy above. Thanks

Finally changed the device group name, failed the 1st time with heaps of error when committing to Panorama, but on 2nd try, no errors. Unfortunately, didnt managed to capture the error. Thanks again !

Hi, We've just 'merged' policies for 2 set of devices in a same Device group and would like to rename Device Group to indicate the list of devices. For example : Original : Device Group AU - au-pa01, au-pa02 (active/passive) Device Group NZ - na-pa01, nz-pa01 (active/passive) After Merging/Changes : Device Group AU - au-pa01/02, nz-pa01/02 Device Group NZ - no firewall anymore Panorama : v10 PA : v9.1 Now, we are planning to rename the Device Group AU to Device Group ANZ (more meaningful name), i tried to do that via panorama, but the differences of configs (which are huge) prior committing kinda freak me out hence we didnt make the change yet. Can anyone share whether Device Group rename will cause any issue or should we change it during maintenance window ? Thanks in advance.
