Hello
I will recommend you open the case with support. So far when i worked with support we performed the following tasks:
added a static entry to application in clientless vpn setting as we were not able to see DNS cache entries reverted back the version of Global protect clientless vpn under dynamic updates and tested the access which didn't work. added a secondary test application to clientless vpn settings which also didn't work monitored traffic logs from user source IP and it showed the action drop by default policy added a test rule allowing the application access from SSL VPN zone after that applications worked. upgraded back the GP clientless vpn under dynamic updates to recent version tested the application access and observed the DNS cache entries in palo alto cli logs.

Hi Everyone.
I am having an issue in selecting the publish appliations in clientless vpn apps.
Prior to the recent firewall upgrade , I was able to use published apps configured for Clientless VPN, and now it is not working. I get error message 404 page not found whenever I select a published application.
Here is a summary of my issue.
I can login to the portal successfully Download Global Protect files successfully Select published apps unsuccessfully (not working)
anyone have this issue lately please let me know, i am suspecting that this might be a bug in Pan OS, my current OS version is 10.2.2.
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hi All
We want to block Microsoft Outlook client for our end user so that they cannot download or access their emails while connected to public WiFi. We don't want to block OWA (outlook web access) because that doesn't download emails on the user computers.
We are hosting exchange server internally and not using office365.
Can someone please suggest how we can acheive that by configuring policies in the firewall manged by panorama? In short this is what we want:
Users connected to public Wifi or network - Block outlook client access emails
Users connected to public Wifi or network - OWA only

Thanks for your response. Yes i see the global protect logs from all the users. We are troubleshooting this particular case over the public wifi. This user mentioned that he is able to ping the LDAP server which means routing is working fine as he is able to ping the network but not everything so the global protect session is kind of incomplete so this being said "pre-logon" is working but incomplete.

Hi Everyone One of our user is experiencing the issue with GlobalProtect. When the user connect with globalprotect over public WiFi, he can only ping the LDAP server in the network and nothing else. I am wondering what can cause this issue and why the user cannot access the other network resources. Can someone please share your thoughts about this that what areas should we look into for this kind of problem. Also what settings we need to check for global protect. Hello We have PA-3220 and its running 9.0.12. recently i saw that HA status is showing that "HA malfunctioned due to dataplane failed" and we cannot push any configuration on the firewall due to "dataplane failed" error message. Please suggest what can cause this error. I also see "the dataplane is starting" critical log message under system logs. Thank you

Hi All We are planning to deploy office 365 in our environment and as a beginner i want to know what are the best practice deployment for office 365. if anyone has done it in the past, i will really appreciate if you can share the process and procedure to configure office 365 on palo alto firewall. We are very short in timeline to deploy O365 and i don't have enough time to go through all the documentation. i am looking for a solution and best practice configuration which we can deploy in our environment. we are using outlook, sharepoint, MS-office and teams etc. Kindly suggest what is the quickest way to deploy O365 and please share any material if anyone has deployed this before. Hi All We have multiple netflow servers in the environment and i want to configure palo alto firewall interface with multiple netflow server profiles. I have already one netflow server profile attached to my Layer3 interfaces and now i want to configure another netflow server profile and attach to these interface but don't know how to do it. Is it possible that one interface can have mutliple netflow profile server attached to it. please let me know. Thanks
