Hello,
We have issue with security alerts section being empty.
We had our locally managed firewalls sending telemetry data and all was working kind-of good. We migrated our firewalls to Panorama management and all data in AIOps become unusable. Alerts didn't updated, they got shown in double, old alerts from local firewalls didn't go away, new alerts from Panorama generated.
So we offboarded hosts (this process deletes all data associated with this device) and onboarded them again. Now health alerts are showing good, but security alerts are completely empty.
Any fix or some help would be appreciated.
