Did you every determine a fix beyond issuing the test vpn commands? I have one tunnel that requires this anytime we fail from active to passive.

I seem to be having the issue you described in step 1. It's been 2 days and no CDL instance is showing on the AIOps app dropdown selection. When I attempted to enter the a support request for AIOps on at support.palotaltonetworks.com, I was directed to the Livecommunity.
