Hi @Mostafavi_DWR,
we have seen this issue on our environment multiple times. All the time TAC use to say upgrade the LC or reboot the hardware. But finally we came to know that elastic search process was keep on restarting. you can check it using "show system software status | match elasticsearch". In order to fix it you can use debug "elasticsearch es-restart option all" once you restart it, it may take 5 to 10 mins to show the logs and 10 to 15 mins to show logs collector status in green. and as a final option you simply restart the Log collectors or in case Panorama is used a LC then restart the Panorama. I am assuming that all the necessary ports are already open so we'll not go into it. I hope this helps.

Hi @kiwi , I have also checked with Palo alto TAC on this They are still checking. But not sure why then they are claiming that yandex is also eligible for safe search in Safe Search Enforcement (paloaltonetworks.com). Is there anyone who has achieved safe search in Yandex.com? Thanks, Kamal Modi

Hello Experts, We have enabled safe search in URL filtering & also added response page given by Palo alto from given link below. However when we implemented it, it works fine with yahoo, bing and google. however it doesn't work with yandex. Transparent Safe Search (paloaltonetworks.com) As per palo alto it should also work with yandex but it isn't. this is the link where they claim that it will work with yandex as well. Safe Search Enforcement (paloaltonetworks.com) In the response page i don't see any code for yandex. has anyone achieved safe search for yandex? Please help here. Thanks, Kamal Modi
