Hi everyone,   We have a customer that come working with Prisma Access since 1 year, and they want to implement QoS per site and will see which improvements they can get. The customer has BW 200 Mbps, compute location: South America West and 40-48 remote networks. I was reading those links about QoS in Prisma Access to remote networks, but I have some doubts. The customer want to enable custom QoS per site, they have defined percentage per site already , but before make changes, they want to clear some questions.   Fos instance, consider 200 BW and guarranteed bandwisth ratio is 100%, we supposed that the customer has 3 remote networks and its percentage are: RN A: allocation ratio 50%, guarranteed bandwidth 100 Mbps RN B: allocation ratio 20%, guarranteed bandwidth 40 Mbps RN C: allocation ratio 30%, guarranteed bandwidth 60 Mbps Scenario 1: Suddenly RN A is down/idle, what happen with BW that was assigned to RN A? Will this 100 Mbps use between remote networks that are UP?
