Hi @Kristaps.Bekers,     In the screenshots, I can barely see the AIOps names because the tool with shrink the image quality. Could you please mention AIOps tenant ID and name for both.     For your second query, if you want to change the region of your AIOps instance. Following things you need to take care: 1. You can't change the region on your current instance instead you have to deploy a new instance with Europe region. 2. CDL and AIOps instance region must be same. 3. You have to change the region to Europe on all your firewalls in the telemetry settings. 4.
