I have the same issue today with 10.2.3 also. Have improted SAML Metadata from AzureAD to IdP Server Profiles. IdP server profile displays OK in Device>Server Profiles>SAML Identity Provider. Certificate that is selected in here does NOT show in Device>Certificates. When creating a new Authentication Profile of type SAML, there are no IdP Server Profiles in the GUI to select from.
