Has anyone else had an issue with this vulnerability? It is supposed to be fixed at IE version 7 and higher but I have random users who are getting packets dropped b/c they are hitting this vulnerability even though they all have version 8. I have over 1000 users and only 8 that are having this issue but I cannot find a difference between their machines. I know this is starting to get a little out of PA support but I was hoping someone else came across this. Thank you in advance. The GP application is having issues and my users want to uninstall it and reinstall it to see if it will help resolve their issue. For some reason, for 15 users, the GP application does not show in "add/remove programs" so we cannot figure out how to uninstall the app. I was hoping if we tried to install it again, it would ask to repair or remove, but it only provided the below message. Is there another way to uninstall the application? Thank you

Thank you for your response. I would think that if PAN can run that report itself, then there has to be a way, using the same code, to run the same report. Is there a way to have that same page (in the image above) show more results? If i could get it to go back more historically, that should suffice as well.

I am trying to run a monthly report that includes all the information in the NETWORK --> GATEWAYS --> REMOTE USERS --> PREVIOUS USERS report. This report shows the Domain, User, Computer, Client, Private IP, Public IP, Tunnel Type, Login at, and Logout at. My management has asked for monthly reports showing this information and I cannot seem to find a good way to grab this data. Thank you in advance for any assistance. Seth

One of my team members got a response from them and just forwarded it to me: " We had an idea and guided one guy to install/config VM and it worked inside the VM. S hould be environment issue on his laptop, the VM is a clean Windows 7 and no issue arised this time. Instructed other users to do the same but issue seems to be resolved." Thank you for responding to my post. The clients are using GP version 1.2.7-5. I have over 500 users in the environment and they are all using that version as well though. Does anyone know why a Global Protect user would receive this error message? I have three users showing this error and I cannot seem to find out why. I had them uninstall and reinstall the GP app, making sure they had sufficient admin rights, and they are still getting the same error. Thoughts? Thank you Seth
