You may need to check your security or NAT policies. It may be possible that you need to create a u-turn NAT. Why would you like to reach your VPN if you're alrady inside the network? Regards, PAN support

Hello, Yes, you can bind multiple VPNs to an interface. It would be best to have a zone specified to a tunnel interface so to be able to create separate VPN policies. Heres a doc for configuring IPSEC VPN: https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/docs/DOC-1163

Hello, The device will still failover but your devices will not be synched up because it does check for the URL database version. If you run commamd: show high-availability state, URL Database is peer information that it looks for. Regards, OD
