Hi At some point in the last month or so, I've managed to break downloads from both the Google Play store and Apple App store. But I don't know how. I have enabled decryption, but have disabled all my decryption rules and it is still broken - So I assume it's not that. I can't find any associated denied traffic in the traffic log, or in the URL filtering log. If anyone has any idea what I've done, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Shaun

Over three hours on the phone to PA support this morning got it sorted. My applictation override rules were not working, as they were pointing at predefined applications. Custom Apps for both SIP and RTP were created which then started to allow some RTP through. We were still getting quite a few calls with no audio (some were coming through). The PA engineer discovered that this was due to us using the dynamic-ip-and-port option in our outgoing source translation. Changing this to static-ip fixed it. Here's what my working setup looks like; Security Rules; NAT Rules; Application Override Rules; Custom SIP Application; Custom RTP/RTCP Application; Hope this helps anybody experiencing similar problems. PA have taken a support dump, so may have a more elegant fix at some point.

Hi I'm experiencing the same problem. Could you provide details of the application override fix please? Mine looks like this, but is not working; The 10. address is our PBX, the 80. address is the remote PBX and the 5. address is our external IP.

Don't forget to enable user identification on your trusted zone. I missed that tick box, and spent over an hour trying to figure out why it wasn't working.

Hi all I'm a very inexperienced Palo-Alto user - My 2050 arrived last Friday, and I've been tinkering since. I followed the advice found in https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/message/12754#12754 to setup a port forward, which is working, but a bit too well. I've given my external interface a x.x.x.x/28 address, as I've been given a nice range of addresses. But, even though I've specified x.x.x.x as the destination address in both my Security rule and NAT rule, I have managed to forward the same port (HTTP in this instance) from all external IP's, instead of just the one I specified. Thanks for any advise.
