I assume the only solution for this at the moment till PA release something is to use internal CA, import the certificate on the Server and use the internal CA root cert on the client. in case of roaming users the root certificate will be added by support team and they can connect normally in that case. The connection will not work if the PC doesn't have this root certificate. Regards, Sharief

Hi @trondk, This is basically telling you that the connection has been restored to WildFire. Its a pure connection issue with either ESM to WildFire or Agent to ESM Server. You need to check your internet connection from ESM Server to WildFire or your internal connectivity between the agent and ESM Server using. As per my knowledge there is no feature on Traps that can monitor the connection status but you can have 3rd party tool to help you.

Hi team, I've a published ESM server running behind an F5, I'm using both internally and externally URLs for different users (internal users and roaming users). I was just wondering in case anyone knew I'm publishing the ESM Core outside and he figured out somehow the FQDN then he can register normally with my ESM server. Its only a theory but i think its possible. My question is, do you know any way I can prevent unwanted agents registration to my published ESM core? Regards, Sharief

Hi Ahmed, If you are sure about the vmware configurations then you need to enable some feature for PA VM only in order to be able to ping from the XP client to PA trust interface: Without enabling this you won't be able to ping from your host to the trust interface of PA VM. Hi, Are you getting any decrypt-error end reason in traffic logs? Can you use the service in the Security Rule as 'any' (in case you are using application-default). Also you may block quic application as its mainly used by Chrome. Regards, Sharief

I had this issue before, auto commit kept failing without showing any error. I was reverting back to old configurations one by one till the commit was successfull, I turned out that during migration the NAT rule was not properly configured. Regards, Sharief

If the exception is No custom category matched then you may need to add it to security rule and keep it on top just in case. If that is already done make sure you don't have any duplicated URL in other custom URL category. Regards, Sharief
